Two Things Worth Knowing Before You Decide
BNEsim's no-expiration option is per pack, not automatic. You have to choose the pricier no-expiration version of a given country pack at checkout; the standard version still expires in 30 days like most eSIMs on this site. Nomad's long-validity option works the other way: buy a Global-EX bundle and the up-to-a-year validity is just how that product line works, no extra tier to pick.
Nomad has a real discount code stack and BNEsim doesn't. BNEsim's pricing already reflects its sale price with nothing to type in at checkout, while Nomad's WOLF (or NOMCYBER20, same rate) takes another 20% off any plan including Global-EX.
